Great service! Boss man sent me pictures of what was wrong, the old part and then the new part before and after installation. He also sent me videos of what was wrong with our BMW as he was diagnosing the vehicle. Only took 2 days to get me back in my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Very thankful for Haydyn at Eagle Automotive & Transmission. I was next door at my kid's dance class ready to go home, when I pressed on my brake pedal and it went all the way to the floor. It was 5:30 PM already so I was worried they were closed, but I walked over and described what happened to Haydyn and he immediately went to my car and diagnosed the problem. He was on the phone about 5 minutes later calling around to try and find me the correct part. I was really impressed at how quickly he was trying to get my problem fixed for me.Less than 24 hours later, I had 4 new brake lines installed (I requested to replace all 4, he didn't pressure me on that) and he had been in communication with me while the repairs were going on. I will absolutely be back when my car needs more maintenance!

I am very impressed with Eagle automotive. I bring all of my vehicles to them because of their excellent expertise. Also, the customer service is outstanding! Recently I brought my car to them that needed a new alternator and Aiden took the time to fix a major dent in the front of my car with no cost. He stated he did this because I was a loyal customer. I am very grateful and will continue to bring my vehicles to Eagle automotive!

My son took his Audi here and was treated with the most respect. Haydyn was amazing and the service was great. He let us know what needed to be done and fixed it promptly. I will definitely use his services again. He was very honest and upfront with us and I appreciate that.
