Worst phone customer service ever. Called to ask a question to see if they could repair tail light. The man proceeded to ask me a vague question which I answered. He responded by saying “that was a weird response.”After posting a 1 star review, I received a google response from the owner stating that “They were sorry for the confusion and they did not mean to offend me.” To be clear, there was no confusion on my part. Your representative specifically said “That was a weird response.” And anyone would be offended by such a statement. If there was confusion on your representatives part, they should have stated so and not give a response but rather ask the question again or in a different way. The response by the owner shows no clear sense of responsibility, but rather blame shifting. This is no doubt what they will do when a price is given at drop off and at pick up it is much higher.I have worked in the service departments at several dealerships and I KNOW what I am talking about. I left the industry because management would not take car of their costumers and I felt bad about it.There are warnings signs however, not accepting responsibility and being overtly rude up front are just two of them. If they can treat someone like this in the beginning of service I wonder what they would do in the middle and the end if one took their car there. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Michael, I wanna say thanks again! You guys got me up an running correctly, should've came to you guys first to begin with. These guys worked with me on the bill for the overhaul they did on my transmission an I'm very very happy with their work an how the transmission performs.They were straight forward from the start, showed me what was wrong after break down an updated everything inside.Should I have anymore issues in the later future, ill be back with eagles to get it fixed again

Michael was transparent the entire time!!! To me, transparency is a foundation for trust. The shop kept me informed about the problem and solution with my vehicle, calling me every step of the way. They even showed me my previous parts at check in. The shop completed quality work and I would trust them with my vehicle should a need arise again.
